AD REQUIREMENTS
Digital Requirements: We require all ads to be submitted digitally using Quark, Photoshop, or Illustrator for the Mac. Press-optimized PDFs are also acceptable. Additional charges may apply for Pagemaker, PC or other file types. We do not accept Microsoft Word, Publisher or Powerpoint files. We print at 133-line screen. Fractional ads do not bleed. Full pages with bleed must allow 1/8" bleed top, bottom, and sides. Live matter should be 1/4" from trims. Material other than a digital format will be subject to production charges.

Don't Forget: All ads must include high-resolution image files (300 dpi), any graphics or logos, and all fonts included in the ad. We print in process color. All Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK (process). please remember to convert all high-resolution photos from RGB to CMYK. A composite proof must accompany all digital ads.

Submitting Ads: Ads may be submitted on a CD or zip disk. Ads may also be sent electronically via email to [email protected] or via our FTP site (call for user name and password).

Additional Services: Production charges will be quoted on request for digitizing film, layout and design, proof alteration, color separations and color proofs.
